Feel free to distribute the 1-4-All HTML Editor as long as the following 
requirements are fullfilled:

 -the program is distributed unmodified in the original zipped archive file
  all-vXXX.zip, where XXX stands for the version number

 -no money is charged for the program; reasonable fees for e.g.
  shareware CDs including the application are allowed. However it has to
  be clearly stated that this version of 1-4-All is the UNREGISTERED 
  shareware version.
